- 175 gr of flour
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 90 gr butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
FILLING
- 125 gr of butter
- 30 gr of dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 150 gr of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1. Mix flour with sugar, salt, cold butter and egg yolk, so that the crumbs are formed; helping with 3/4 tablespoons of cold water, make a ball with the dough, wrap in plastic and let rest in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. While the dough rests, melt the butter in a saucepan with the chocolate stirring constantly, then add cocoa and sugar, until you get a smooth paste, then turn off the gas and let it rest.
Meanwhile, as the cream cools, separate the whites from the yolks and whip until stiff.
When the mixture has become warm, add the vanilla and egg yolks, then the egg whites, being careful not to take them apart.
3. Buttered and floured a mold of your choice, roll out the dough and pour over the mixture, leveling. Then bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes ... and the cake is ready!
